I just saw on TV scenes in Biloxi, MS where a number of looters were at work stealing from a store using shopping carts. I have two questions.- Why aren't those seemingly able bodied citizens helping others and,
- Why shouldn't they be shot on sight?

Thanks so much for checking out so much of my junk. I am really obsessive about this, as you can probably tell!
1. If our laws were being enforced they could be used to have those people arrested and a work program where there did have to do country, city and state work. From highway clean up to other work. Course you would probably have to chain them together or they would run off and it would cost a fortune to have a guard for each person and, after all, we sure wouldn't want to tromp on "their rights" now would we?
